Omnicom’s success as a business has been helped by its success in harnessing the talents and ambitions of all of its people, as evidenced by its track-record in promoting women to leadership positions. This, in turn, has gained added momentum from Omniwomen, a programme to recruit, retain, promote the next generation of female leaders.
