Nornickel, an industrial metals company in Russia, needed to create a corporate communications program that would not only unite its thousands of employees located in 5 towns thousands kilometers from each other and from the mainland, but also change the culture not just at the company facilities, but in these towns in general. Soviet Union built these towns decades ago, each just to house a single factory, paying no attention to social infrastructure, or building sense of community, belonging and caring
