Nestlé Purina knows that the most vocal users of social media – just like the noisiest pets – often receive more than their fair share of attention.

In response, the parent company of Friskies cat food and Waggin' Train dog treats – among numerous other meals and snacks for felines and canines – is seeking to understand those pet owners who have a passive interest in its social-media content, but do not actively engage with this material.
