The majority (61%) of marketing professionals have adopted a mobile-first approach with their strategy, according to new survey data from WARC and the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA). This is an increase of 11 percentage points from 2019 when half (50%) took the same approach.
Additionally, fewer people are choosing not to prioritise mobile in their strategy – this was true of one in four practitioners (25%) in 2019, but only 17% in 2020.
