Strategy
Objective
The goal was to drive adoption of stc pay's mobile app beginning in March 2020, as Saudi Arabia first went into lockdown as a result of COVID-19. With in-person banking and remittance options out of the picture, stc pay wanted to both drive installs and usage of the app. This was especially critical during Ramadan and Eid, with digital gift box and remittances options replacing in-person celebrations and gatherings.
