Objectives
The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is a luxury casino and resort that's decidedly different from other hotels on the strip: from its integration of art into every experience and distinct entertainment venues, to its world-renowned Restaurant Collection and 'Just the Right Amount of Wrong' tagline.
But guests were booking rooms with Online Travel Agents (OTA) like Travelocity and Expedia instead of directly with the hotel, cutting into the brand's profits.
