Objectives
Our aim was to increase our overall sales numbers for a lower CPA, beat the competition (especially on mobile) and have more Pegasus Plus members (Pegasus' loyalty program) and increase the number of app downloads.
However the market was so competitive and as Pegasus Airlines was investing on search engine marketing for a long while, the AdWords campaigns were already optimised at their best. To create incremental sales, higher ROIs and lower CPAs we needed a new tactic. We've needed to benefit from our own CRM data...
