Objectives
In 2016 we had a unique opportunity to launch a new retail bank in Brazil, something that didn't occur in over 20 years in Brazil. We were competing in a huge industry, with competitors investing up to over 10 times the budget that Original had and with very well established brands.
Banco Original, as a whole, couldn't be another traditional bank as well, they had to do it differently: a bank that was (really) prepared for the future. An entirely digital bank, with the account opening process...
