Objective

The objectives of the IHG iMessage app were to showcase IHG as innovative by being the first hotel brand to launch an iMessage app and to gain practical experience with the iMessage platform and iMessage App Store.

The iMessage app allows guests to vote and share hotel options from inside of the Apple Messages app on iOS. This creates a smooth group planning process. Once the group is ready to book, they can easily transition to the main IHG app to complete the transaction.
