Objective
Accenture Interactive together with the national Colombian airline Avianca are aware of how social media has radically changed the way brands and people communicate, nowadays we want to interact more, have meaningful conversations and be listened to. Messaging apps have overlapped social media apps. Avianca sought to enhance relations with clients to become more personal. That's why we have created Carla, a special chatbox for Avianca, which humanizes content, to allow for natural conversations with passengers and directly connect with them.
