Migros is a loyalty app with more than 5 million subscribed users. The app presents its users with many features including but not limited to making their own shopping lists, looking at their previous shoppings to see their frequent purchases, etc. Sustaining regular, active users, keeping them interested in the campaigns at Migros and hence pulling them to the stores for shopping has been the main motivation of Migros.
