Issue

Despite the significant progress and global push towards gender equality and women's empowerment, there is still a gender gap, that leads to disparity in leadership and management positions at the workplace in Mexico. Only 2 out of 10 CEOs in the country are women.

This has been going on for decades, affecting the future and the professional outlook for thousands of women in Mexico; without it being openly discussed and measured, it will not be effectively and adequately addressed by society, professionals, and employers.
