In 2012, the charity Inspiring the Future (ITF) was launched connecting teachers with professionals who volunteer to visit local state schools to talk about their career path for just one hour a year.

In 2013, they launched Inspiring Women to challenge gender stereotypes at a time when students make important career decisions.

And in 2014, ITF created Primary Futures to offer primary schools the same access to role models, right at the age when aspirations and ambitions begin to develop...
