Leading fashion brands are moving beyond iconic products and a great range to make the shopping experience highly personalised for individual shoppers – and doing it at scale.

Executives from Levi's, Lyst and Topman told the Shoptalk Europe 2017 conference (Copenhagen, October 2017) how even some relatively small changes could make a big difference to conversion rates and overall sales.
