PepsiCo: Why growth must come from data, insight and non-western markets

Phillip Chambers, PepsiCo svp/global insights, delivered a warning to the research industry in his keynote address at The Market Research Event's (TMRE) 2012 assembly in Boca Raton, Florida.
Researchers, he said, must quickly meet the challenge posed by the data revolution and start finding the powerful insights that lie within. Equally, with western markets in demographic and economic decline, they had to ensure they had the right tools to find those insights in fast-growth markets.
