In March 2017, eBay launched the second season of "Open for Business", a branded podcast series providing real-life stories, advice, and inspiration to entrepreneurs and small-business owners.

Hosted by John Henry – an entrepreneur and investor based in Harlem, New York – the seven episodes in the show's sophomore season covered topics that would be of interest to anyone who wants to start, scale, or secure a successful business. More specifically, the subjects ranged from attracting investors to adapting customer service in the digital age and even surviving failure.
