Anheuser-Busch InBev (ABInBev), the brewer of beer brands including Budweiser, Corona and Stella Artois, had its work cut out changing the company culture to becoming one led by innovation. Making the shift for the 100-year-old company was akin to "a tugboat turning around a cruise ship", according to Tina Wung, global director of innovation for the business.
