Effective engagement: Why consumer insights hold the key for India’s brands

Consumer insights hold the key to effective buyer engagement and retention, and brands that can identify and work on these insights can make a big difference by delivering a superlative consumer experience.

With consumers benchmarking the experience offered by Netflix and Uber all the time, brands need to look beyond the immediate competition set in order to win them over, said Rajiv Bakshi, COO, revenue, of Indian broadcaster Zee Entertainment at the virtual Mint CX Summit 2021.
