Dunkin' Donuts is actively meeting the needs of brand fans who are hungry for emojis, stickers, and other visual content that can give mobile messages a unique flavor.
"We know they talk in 'Dunkin'-ease' anyway, so it was just a very logical thing to let people express their love for Dunkin' in a different form," Nick Dunham, Director of Media/Dunkin' Donuts, reported at the 2017 South by Southwest (SXSW) Conference in Austin, Texas.
