When Bud Light ran the first-ever Tinder ad campaign last year, its instant chemistry with consumers resulted in millions of interactions and video views.
"Beer is about bringing people together," Azania Andrews, Senior Director/Digital Connections at Anheuser-Busch Inbev (ABI) – the manufacturer of Bud Light – told delegates at South by Southwest (SXSW) 2016 in Austin, Texas. "And so the connection between that and Tinder was obvious."
The tie-up between America's biggest beer and the dating app went live in April 2015. More specifically, it promoted Bud Light's "Whatever, USA"...
