A study commissioned by the 4A’s, the trade body, and Google, the tech giant, outlined various growth opportunities for agencies.

Agencies have growth opportunities that span everything from automation to e-commerce, software and creative services, a new report has argued.

The 4A’s, the industry body, and Google, the tech company, commissioned a study from the consulting arm of Forrester, the research firm, that focused on how agencies – and the marketers they serve – can “accelerate growth today and future-proof for tomorrow.”

And this analysis drew on a survey of over 600 executives in the US, including:
