What is the STF?
The Swedish Tourist Association (STF), founded in 1885, is an organisation dedicated to promoting the domestic tourism industry in Sweden, connecting Swedes (and tourists) with the country's more obscure cultural heritage and nature. They run hostels and a membership scheme, relying on fees and bookings to generate the funds to invest in developing and maintaining Sweden's countryside and culture.
