Booking.com (BDC) became the world's largest Online Travel Agency (OTA) by crafting their conversion funnel and sales infrastructure to perfection. Their sales funnel is so good, that they rank at the top of every accommodation-related search query on Google.

It made the Amsterdam-based company (part of Priceline) market leader with approximately 70% of the entire market, where the remaining 30% is served through Expedia & Hotels.com.
