On September 29th, 2007, the first episode of BÇŽi W→n Zhì Duō XÄ«ng was shown on the Chinese TV station GhuiZhou TV. The show features a quiz competition in which contestants attempt to win 1,000,000 Chinese Yuan by answering a series of questions. This Chinese game show was based on the original British program; "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?"Versions were also shown in Japan, Australia and in over 100 other territories around the globe.
