After a severe weather event such as a tornado or hurricane, customer-filed claims in the United States increase. We created an email program called CAT (short for catastrophe) that is sent to customers in weather affected areas that provides helpful information to prevent damage to customer homes and auto mobiles as well as create a clear and direct call to action to file a claim online.
