Objectives
In creating Address Point we had 4 objectives.
- Maximise engagement and sharing at launch - we needed to earn attention with our new solution and create a buzz to drive national awareness of this new service quickly.
- Drive service usage - create a service that would be widely and actively used by the homeless community.
- Build the brand – bolster An Post's brand reputation and connection to its consumers through recognition of this initiative that related to an issue that was hugely culturally important.
