Objective
We analyzed historical data from Waze Mexico, such as average speed, journey length, and possible route deviations to identify ideal locations and times for delivery to cars in traffic. Billboards were placed in high-congestion zones. We also incorporated data into the billboards to: 1) Make people aware of the remaining time they would be stuck in a traffic jam; and 2) Give real-time updates to customers waiting for their order.
