BOPIS to see long-term gain from COVID-19

Buying online for pickup in-store (BOPIS) has proven attractive to consumers in multiple markets and looks set to continue after the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, according to data from McKinsey & Company.

The online purchase and store delivery model has proven particularly popular in India, Mexico and the United States, where over a quarter of adults have started using or are using it more.
