When looking after their health, people are required to perform a range of different types of behaviours; from one-time infrequent behaviours such as undergoing screenings and scans or having vaccinations; to ‘temporary’ habit behaviours like taking daily medication or doing physical therapy; to regular habit or preventative behaviours for managing health conditions, such as healthy eating, toothbrushing and physical activity.
