Summary of the project

In September 2018, a fatal incident at the DSM factory in Pecém–Ceará, Brazil, and other accidents not so serious, but equally worrying, were registered at other company factories. The problem was evident: the company's safety rules knew as 'Life-Saving Rules' were unclear to factory employees, who also seemed to be unaware that their own behavior could cause accidents.
