Summary

To study the differential impact of the pandemic on ethnic minority young people's ability to find and keep good jobs in the wake of COVID-19, Versiti put forward an inclusive, community-based participatory approach. We recruited and trained a team of young diverse people, not just as respondents but as peer-researchers, to understand the lived experiences of other young people from ethnic minority communities.
