Objective

Influenza infects 1.8 million individuals every year in Vietnam. Thousands of more cases go unrecorded. Seasonal diseases like H1N1, flu and hand, foot and mouth disease have also gone out of control in recent years.

Most Vietnamese moms go for the cure as a reactive measure rather than preventative, so alerting them in advance becomes critical to stop the diseases from spreading. Ironically, public news only speaks up when diseases have already broken out, while risk is much more severe, providing very little opportunity to take any precautionary...
