enelpremia 3.0 is a loyalty program that rewrites the rulebook. The program's innovative, disruptive strength is based on the concept of energy sharing for the benefit of society. In fact, it rewards not customers’ energy consumption but the positive behaviors they adopt to take care of their environment, making lifestyle changes if necessary. enelpremia 3.0 thus promotes the values of the Enel Energia rebranding by using gamification for the simple, fun communication of the Open Power mission: to generate and distribute energy in an approach of sharing with customers, to face the challenges of the future together.
