Why are people going on vacation? To go to the sea? Entertainment? Nature? None of these...but for the food!

According to opinion polls, most tourists really love to discover local cuisine during their vacation. Fischer - the biggest travel agency in Czech - understands travel appetites of its customers very well.

Objectives

We know from polls that people love to enjoy food during their travel. Our challenge was to confirm to what extent this phenomenon is the key motivation in spending money on a vacation. The client set our benchmark for success at a 200% ROI.

Strategy

We analysed consumer behavior on Fischer's website and found out the favourite destination of each individual visitor. Instead of offering them regular tours, we served them local culinary specialities.
