Half of Americans would attend an outdoor sports game at 25% capacity

An overview of the level of comfort when attending sports events among United States adults and sports fans.

Audiences are increasingly interested in attending live sports in the United States, according to the latest data from Morning Consult.

One-half (51%) of American adults say they would be comfortable attending an outdoor sports event that was at 25% capacity. This share rises to two-thirds (67%) of those who regularly attend sports events.

As well as this, over half of American sports fans would feel comfortable attending an outdoor event at 50% capacity.

However, just two-fifths (39%) of American adults would feel comfortable attending an indoor sports event at 25% capacity, a share that rises to three-fifths...
