NEW YORK: NBC Universal is expected to elevate Jeff Zucker to the role of ceo, following the imminent departure of 21-year incumbent Bob Wright (63). The entertainment and media division of General Electric has been under pressure from rival television networks, a slowing of its film division and increasing digital competition.
