Five shops have made the shortlist for chewing gum firm Wrigley’s £20 million media duties.

The quintet are: MediaCom, OMD UK, BBJ, Starcom Motive and incumbent Mediaedge: CIA.

The account was at CIA before its merger with The Media Edge, which has prompted talk of potential conflict between the Wrigley account and TME’s Colgate-Palmolive duties.

Presentations and a final decision are due next month.
