Dan Wieden – co-founder, chief executive and chief creative officer of Wieden & Kennedy – will preside over the juries for the film and press/outdoor categories at next year’s Cannes International Advertising Festival.

“I'm really honoured,” declared Wieden, who has not sat on an international jury for a decade. “If they'd waited much longer, I would have been too old to lift one.”

Wieden & Kennedy won the Grand Prix at this year’s Cannes Lions awards for its TV work for Nike.

Next year’s festival runs from June 15 to June 21.
