Work, an agency based in Richmond, Virginia, has been awarded the $30 million account of the Virginia Tobacco Settlement Foundation, a body set up to deal with health-related issues concerning tobacco.

The agency won out against rival pitches from Arnold in McLean, Virginia, Edelmann Scott, Barber Martin Advertising, Neathawk Dubuque, Siddall Mattus & Coughter and The Burford Company.

The resulting campaign will, it is thought, focus on freedom of choice for teenagers.
