UPGRADES IN DIRECT MAIL MONITORING

Market Movements (01763 248 828) has introduced a four-point enhancement package for its direct mail monitoring service. (1) It now reports the exact date a given mailing is received by addressees; (2) The size of the research panel is increased from 1,500 to 2,000, ensuring that smaller niche mailings are recorded; (3) Several smaller specialist panels have been set-up so as to detect activity from localised niche sectors such as supermarkets; and (4) Physical inspection of mail is intensified so that creative and other variants in mailing packs can be identified.
