LONDON - UK trade bodies the Commercial Radio Companies Association and the Radio Advertising Bureau are to merge in a bid to return the commercial radio industry to growth as it struggles to compete with the publicly-funded BBC.
The new organization, yet to be named, will provide one point of contact to handle both regulatory issues and marketing of the medium.
