UK BAN LOOMS ON UNSOLICITED E-MAIL

News, 01 September 1999

THE UPCOMING EC Distance Selling Directive appears set to ban unsolicited e-mail in the UK when the legislation is implemented later this year. The Government is expected to make a final decision before the end of the year.
