Taylor Nelson Buys US Clearing House

UK-headquartered market research group Taylor Nelson Sofres has bought Minneapolis coupon clearing house Wallace Marx & Associates in a $15million cash deal.

The acquisition was channelled via Taylor Nelson’s adspend tracking subsidiary Competitive Media Reporting, of which WMA now becomes a division, headed as managing director by former president, Wallace Marx.
