The Turkish Ministry of Tourism, based in Istanbul, has put a $40 million tourism account up for grabs.

Local and international shops have been invited to pitch for an account which includes PR, media planning, creative and event marketing.

It is divided into eight target country groups (for example, the US and Canada have an account worth $4.5m), and agencies can either pitch for a single group or the whole account.
