Omnicom-owned network TBWA Worldwide has shuffled its management line-up for the first time since Michael Greenlees was replaced as president/chief executive by former aide Jean-Marie Dru [WAMN: 16-Mar-01].

Receiving new duties are Carl Johnson (president of TBWA/Chiat/Day in New York), who becomes TBWA’s chief operating officer, and Tom Carroll (president of TBWA/Chiat/Day in Playa del Rey, California), who receives the post of president for the Americas.

Outside the US, Paul Bainsfair (chairman of the network’s British arm), Nick Baum (president of TBWA France) and Perry Valkenberg (president at TBWA Netherlands) were made regional presidents for northern Europe, southern Europe and central/eastern Europe respectively.
