STOCKHOLM - Advertising sales in Sweden grew 11.6% for the first quarter, representing the biggest increase since 2000.
   Figures from the Institute for Advertising and Media Statistics show internet advertising is up as much as 46% and its share of ad budgets is up from 6.5% to 8.3%. Television and radio are also growing faster than the total market, with increases of 15% and 20% against 2005.
   But direct marketing and outdoor advertising are both losing market share, as are regional newspapers.
