The first signs of a sustained advertising recovery appeared yesterday (Thursday) at beleaguered British broadcaster, the ITV network.

According to ITV executives forward revenues for October are set to rise by around 6% – the sixth month in succession that ad income has risen year-on-year.

These revenues, say the anonymous moles, accrue from several sectors including automotive, telecoms and financial services.
