Sweaty palms time at incumbent agency CIA Medianetwork as Shell calls a beauty parade for its £15 million pan-European media planning and buying account.

It is not known whether the oil giant’s talks with other media shops have yet resulted in a pitchlist, nor whether CIA’s name will appear on it. CIA has handled the business since March 1996.

The creative account, held by J Walter Thompson, is not under review.
