An intriguing quartet – ad network Saatchi & Saatchi, PR shop Shine Communications, management/IT consultancy Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and self-styled ‘lateral thinking’ oracle Edward de Bono - have joined forces to launch a high level business consultancy.

Provisionally branded ESEY Triangle [which may not delight London marketing agency Triangle Communications], the start-up will offer a package comprising business consultancy, finance, marketing and public relations.

Saatchi’s interests in the venture will be represented by Derek Bowden, chief executive for Europe; vice-president William Mellis heads the batting for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young; managing director Rachel Bell fronts for Shine; while Edward de Bono speaks for Edward de Bono.
