Kraft Foods International’s media agency review [WAMN: 29-Sep-00] has moved one step nearer completion with the disclosure of a list of contenders.

Included among the shops invited to bid for the account are CIA, Carat, Young & Rubicam’s Media Edge, Omnicom’s Optimum Direction Worldwide, WPP’s MindShare and Zenith Media Worldwide, owned by Publicis Groupe and Cordiant Communications.

Kraft, based in London, is looking to reinforce its $200 million European media business. The review covers Austria, Germany, France, Greece, Italy, Ireland, Portugal, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Switzerland and the UK.
